HOW MANY DAYS PER WEEK IS THE PROGRAMME & WHAT DURATION IS THE AVERAGE WORKOUT?
The program average 3-4 days per week with each workout clocking in between 1-1.5 hours.
IS EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR BUILDING THE MONOLITH?
This programme will require equipment. You will need the basics for a home gym such as some dumbbells, an adjustable bench, resistance band, pullup bar, and a barbell to complete the exercises as they are programmed.
That said, as with AX-1, exercise swaps can be made to overcome the lack of a barbell with dumbbell adaptations coming in as suitable replacements.
CAN WOMEN DO THIS PROGRAMME?
Absolutely!
There has been a dramatic shift in recent years towards heavier training being advocated for women. This is great! That said, in a rush to do so, poor programming has resulted in many women getting hurt and injured from the improper guidance on how to do that. This book was so worth it, not only does it provide the best foods for losing fat but it also focuses on supplements. This book has so much information to offer, it talks about the proper amount of calories, fats, carbohydrates, protein that is needed in the body. It helps you figure out what your body needs the most, it has an example on how to calculate the amount of fats, etc your body needs. It also has meal plans. I'll apply this tricks well, I recommend this book to everyone.
As a fanatic athlete I was looking for a short but clear book on calories and carbs. This book explains the basics that you need to know about health and fitness, from things like your BMR, how to choose the best carbs and proteins to eat, as well as how many calories you should eat in order to lose weight. Clear information for me about getting healthy and fit with the right balance of carbs and proteins ! The explanation about the importance of how proteins, carbs and fats play an core role in losing weight is invaluable. It's detailed about why you need to apply these techniques in your life. I like the way all the macro nutrients are explained and how to use them to reach your health goals. This is a very good book. It is very detailed ad gives you all the important tips for building muscle and getting stronger. The information is based on research articles and it is very clear. It gives you real expectations and also teaches you how to tune your routine and diet depending on your goals. It is definitely a great book.
This book was a great find. Finally I can say I understand the whole calorie scenario and how it affects my metabolism. Not that it is anything terribly complex but Gully lays it out so well you actually understand it all. Some information here on calories and carbohydrates I've never seen before. I have no idea if that is of itself something special but to me it was new and interesting. Plus it is not full of simple recipes just to fill pages. (in fact there are no recipes!)
This could be the best guide about fitness that I have acquired in recent years.
I have worked hard to lose weight and more important to be healthier. Diets, I tried each and every one of them, some with whom I have suffered too much.
My sister recommended that I should read about fitness because she has been trainning that way for many years and thought it would help me.
I do not start with any training yet but thanks to this book I have changed my way of eating and I'm creating my own routine.

Great way to develop the lifts and muscle. The first two months where especially challenging and muscle stimulating. The last mesocycle was something different and had some interesting ideas.
There is no escaping the growth with this. Give your all to keep up with the program, you will demolish and rebuild yourself from the ground up! This is a high volume training method with interesting twists every step of the way. The program overloads in ways you never thought about. After the third week my results started becoming visible.

This is a great program. What I really liked about this program is that it not only walks through the exercise, but how to do them to maximize their effectiveness, using proper form to avoid injury.
I’ve been a ‘hard-gainer’ my whole life. With this particular program, I’ve seen more genuine changes and made more genuine gains than I ever have in my life. To be clear, I wanted to try this program because I wanted to see if I could actually build real size. The last 25% of this program is where I really started to see the big changes. I was kind of shocked by how well it worked. I have had a hard time putting on muscle my entire life, and I’m 37 now, so I firmly believe if you follow the program closely and you go hard, you’re going to see real size changes. What I love about this program too is that Gully makes sure you are still getting conditioning and athletic training in as well. I feel confident going into my 40s with these programs in my back pocket. I’m just bummed this wasn’t available in my 20s
